The United States has the largest gold reserve in the world, with over 8000 metric tons stored in its central bank. Germany follows with 3,395 and Ital brings up the top three with over 2,400. Statistics about countries with the largest gold reserves place the United Kingdom at the bottom of the list with 310 metric tons.
