Which Asian companies can be considered the most valuable?

Answered by Niall McCarthy, 30.08.2012

China’s meteoric economic rise is reflected in statistics about the most valuable Asian companies. By 2012, China Mobile had become the most valuable company in Asia, with a brand value of $47 billion. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Construction bank made up second and third place with brand values of $41.5 billion and $24.5 billion respectively. Other well known Asian companies including Toyota and Samsung make up the top 10. China Mobile has become the world’s largest mobile phone operator with over 655 million subscribers.
