Following a petition filed by SolarWorld, the U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Chinese producers and exporters sold solar cells in the United States at dumping margins ranging from 31.14 percent to 249.96 percent. As a consequence, the company that had received a preliminary dumping margin of 31.14 percent, Trina Solar, now faces tariffs of 31.14 percent.
