This statistic shows the main reasons consumers changed their tariff or payment method without switching their energy suppliers in Great Britain in 2012 and 2013. In 2013, 58 percent of consumers were moved to do so by believing that the new tariff or method would save them money, compared to 62 percent in 2012. Other reasons included moving home or searching for better benefits.
