This statistic presents the share of responses of credit card companies to client complaints disputed to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in the United States as of September 2013, by company. Between November 2011 and September 2013, 20 percent of the responses to credit card complaints received by the clients of U.S. Bancorp were disputed to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
