Employees in the U.S. restaurant industry 2014

This report contains the findings of a nationwide survey of approximately 5,100 current or former employees of the restaurant industry in the United States. It includes such information as the proportion of restaurant employees whose first job was in the restaurant industry and opinions on the restaurant industry as a long-term career path.
