Current banking accounts report.

This report summarizes the findings of 2015 quantitative and qualitative studies, conducted to investigate the state of affairs with regards to personal current banking accounts in the United Kingdom (UK). The report sheds light on the customer use of banking accounts, offering in-detail look at number and type of products they use with the main - or other - banks, fees and satisfaction levels, as well as bank switching behavior. Presented vast quantitative survey data are complemented by in-depth qualitative interviews that allow a firmer grasp on motivations and worries of banks' current account holders.
