Located in the province of Ciudad Real, Puertollano topped the list of the most affordable properties to rent, with households hypothetically requiring only little over 21 percent of their full income to pay off the rent. Located in the Galician province of A Coruna, Ferrol ranked second on the list, with merely 21.4 percent of the full household income.
