Most popular digital activities offered by museums in England in 2019
A 2019 survey focused on the use of digital technology among museums in England. According to the survey, about half of the surveyed museums relied on email marketing in 2019. Meanwhile, 21 percent of the survey sample maintained and used a CRM system, while only 11 percent claimed to provide virtual reality or augmented reality experiences in 2019.
