Leading shopping channels among daily or weekly consumers in Hong Kong 2021
The results of a survey conducted in March 2021 revealed that physical stores remained the most common shopping channels among consumers in Hong Kong, at approximately 51 percent of respondents. Meanwhile, around 40 percent of the respondents who shopped at least weekly preferred shopping with the help of smart home voice assistants. Less popular purchase channels among consumers in Hong Kong included mobile shopping, accounting for around 32 percent of respondents.
