Volume of Australian mutton imports in Greater China FY 2020, by major cut
In the financial year 2020, carcasses were among the most imported mutton cuts to China from Australia, estimated at nearly 29 thousand metric tons shipped weight. Meanwhile, China imported almost 18 thousand tons of Australian mutton breast and flap.
