According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2020, around 87.8 percent of respondents aged 30 to 39 years stated they had used the South Korean government's leading online platform Gov.kr, the highest share across all age groups. Gov.kr offers a comprehensive range of services from central government ministries, local governments, and public institutions. The overall usage rate of the website reached about 84.1 percent in 2020, showing a high increase from to the previous year's 57.4 percent.
