A worldwide survey conducted in 2021 showed that e-commerce was the most effective sales channel for B2B companies in February 2021, according to B2B decision makers. While 41 percent of respondents chose e-commerce as the best channel to sell their company's products or services, only 37 percent said the same about in-person sales. Still, all three routes to market shown in this graph performed better than other sales channels such as phone, e-mail, and online chat sales.
