Charging of online returns according to consumers in the UK 2022, by gender
Customers from the United Kingdom (UK) have various opinions on who should pay postage costs for items bought online. Nearly the majority of male customers believe that customers are responsible for paying the fee of returning items. Whereas 45 percent of female customers are of the same opinion. Four out of ten female survey respondents prefer businesses to pay for returns, while almost 30 percent of male customers believe that businesses should bear the expenses.
