This statistic illustrates the monthly average rental price for two bedroom apartment in a new development in 2013, by London boroughs. By far the most expensive boroughs in London with respect to monthly rental of new apartments were Camden, with 3,735 British pounds monthly per two bedroom flat and Westminster, with 3,645 British pounds. For comparison, London-wide average monthly rental price for two bedroom new apartment was 1,677 British pounds in 2013.
