Online shopping intention of consumers during holiday season in Europe 2019
According to the results of a study conducted by Salesforce Research, across Europe a substantial share of shoppers were planning to do more holiday shopping in online marketplaces. This share varied between 41 percent of respondents in the Netherlands and 78 percent in Italy.
