UK: share of adults who buy more seasonal & local groceries 2019/2020, by education
In 2019/2020, asked in a survey whether or not they eat more locally sourced and seasonal food from supermarkets compared to a year ago, roughly 20 percent of respondents with a doctorate or a professional equivalent strongly agreed that they did so. The share of respondents who disagreed strongly with the same educational level came to 3 percent.
