During the period 2018/2019, around 59 percent of survey respondents from Tunisia thought that ordinary respondents can make a difference in fighting corruption. On average, 37 percent of respondents in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region thought that ordinary citizens cannot make a difference in fighting corruption.
