Changes in climate conditions for agricultural production in Africa 2016-2018
According to a survey conducted in Africa, climate conditions for agricultural productions in Africa worsened between 2016 and 2018 for half of the interviewees. Around 50 percent of respondents from 34 African countries stated that the climate conditions became worse or much worse in the span from 2016 and 2018. Some 17 percent, instead, declared that they remained stable. In particular, about 80 percent of people from Uganda, Malawi, and Lesotho declared that climate conditions for agricultural productions in Africa worsened.
