Trust in organizations that food is safe to eat in in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2015

This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents were asked to indicate their levels of trust in organizations that the food they buy is safe to eat in the United Kingdom in 2015, by level of certainty that food from outside Britain is prepared to the highest standards. Respondents that are certain food from outside Britain is prepared to the highest standards trust supermarkets and food manufacturers at 32 percent, whereas 20 percent of those respondents who do not trust the standards of food from outside of Britain also distrust the government.
