In 2017, the production of meat and meat products industry generated a turnover of roughly 46 billion Danish kroner. In the same year, the processing and preserving of fish industry had a turnover of more than 19 billion Danish kroner. The Danish grain mill and bakery products industry generated a turnover of nearly 15.5 billion Danish kroner.
