Feature satisfaction with smartphone carriers Japan 2018, by type
According to a survey on the satisfaction with mobile carrier features conducted in 2018, about 75 percent of smartphone users who had a contract with a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in Japan claimed to be satisfied with the monthly fees they pay for their smartphone contract. By contrast, only around 13 percent of customers of the major mobile carriers were pleased with their monthly contract fees.
