Confectionery production share in Russia 2015-2018, by segment
In 2018, the largest share of confectionery production in Russia was occupied by cocoa, chocolate, and sugar confectionery, which accounted for nearly a half of the total volume of sweets produced in the country. The portion of baked pastry and non-storable cakes and biscuits gradually decreased over the observed period, reaching approximately 8.4 percent in 2018.
