U.S. oil and gas industry CAPEX 2010-2022
The oil and gas industry in the United States recorded a total capital expenditure (CAPEX) of 106.6 billion U.S. dollars in 2022. This represents a decrease of over 36 billion U.S. dollars compared to the previous year. In the period of consideration, the CAPEX on the oil and gas industry in the U.S. oscillated, peaking in 2014 at nearly 200 billion U.S. dollars.
