Ownership of mobile phones in France 2005-2023
According to a survey of mobile phone ownership among the population in France from 2005 to 2023, mobile ownership in France remained consistently high over the last 10 years. In 2019, penetration of mobile phones in France was at 95 percent, followed by a slight decrease to 94 percent in 2021. In 2022 and 2023, mobile phone ownership went back to its all-time highest at 95 percent.
