Share of smartphone users facing 4G connection issues in Italy 2019, by location

As of 2019, about 39 percent of Italian smartphone users faced problems when trying to connect to the 4G mobile network in cities. In particular, four in ten respondents reported experiencing connection issues in stations, shopping streets, stadium venues, or when traveling. This was roughly double the figure for the share of respondents having connection problems at home.
