Perceptions on qurban animal slaughtering Indonesia 2019
In 2019, 29 percent of the respondents in Indonesia who performed qurban, the ritual animal sacrifice of a livestock animal during Eid al-Adha, believed that people who did qurban must slaughter the animals by themselves. Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world, with approximately 225 million Muslims.
