Opinion on business activities potentially enhanced by gamification in Italy 2019
In 2019, roughly 27 percent of the employees in Italian companies believed that gamification could potentially enhance the digitalization of business processes. By contrast, only six percent of the interviewees believed that the management of sales networks and agents could be enhanced by gamification.
