From the survey conducted in early 2020 which assessed the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on investors in India, it was found that 53 percent of the respondents planned to buy equity slowly, while 15 percent indicated they would purchase more aggressively. The reason for this was optimism among the investors, and the reasoning that they would stand to make bigger gains by buying equity at a lower price.
