UK: share of adults who buy more seasonal & local groceries in 2019/2020, by income
In 2019/2020, asked in a survey whether or not they eat more locally sourced and seasonal food from supermarkets compared to a year ago, roughly 16 percent of respondents earning up to 9,499 British pounds strongly agreed that they did so. The share of respondents who disagreed strongly in the same income bracket came to 8 percent.
