Monthly export value of fruits from Kenya 2019-2023
In December 2023, the export value of fruits from Kenya decreased from around 566 million Kenyan shillings (KSh) (equivalent to approximately 4.2 million U.S. dollars) to about 250 million KSh (just over 1.85 million U.S. dollars). Since reaching a peak of almost 6 billion KSh (36 million U.S. dollars) in May 2020, the export value of Kenyan fruits has mostly been declining. However, the values reported over the last few months show a promising increasing trend.
