Investors' view on office demand in the next three years globally 2022, by region

According to a 2022 survey among real estate investors, the demand for office real estate is going to mostly decrease in the next three years. About half of U.S. investors surveyed reported that they expected a decrease in demand. In the Asia-Pacific region, this share was 43.4 percent and in EMEA, it was 20 percent.
