Vegetable consumption frequency in the UK 2021
As of 2021, 25 percent of UK consumers were eating one to six portions of vegetables or salad a week, excluding potatoes. Just over 11 percent of consumers are eating four or more portions each day and just about five percent are eating less than a portion of vegetables and salad a week, if any at all.
