Consumer preference for digital versus traditional banks in Malaysia 2022
According to a survey on consumer banking preference in Malaysia in 2022, the majority of respondents still prefer traditional banks. Nevertheless, digital banks are not significantly less popular, with 41 percent of respondents chose digital over traditional banks.
