U.S. support for use of military troops at the southern border 2024, by party
As of February 2024, almost two-thirds of adults in the United States thought the use of military troops to assist the U.S. Border Patrol a good idea. An overwhelming percentage of Republicans considered it a good idea, compared to 41 percent of Democrats.
