This survey shows the number of Italian individuals who went on one-day visits abroad in 2018, broken down by means of transport. One-day visits refer to trips where travelers did not stay overnight. As reported by the survey, roughly one million Italians travelled by car for one-day visits abroad in 2018. Moreover, about 120 thousand individuals travelled by aircraft as of the survey period.
