The majority of the G-20 countries increased their participation of renewable energy in the total primary energy supply mix between 2013 and 2018, with South Africa and South Korea leading this ranking, accounting for some 196 percent and 113 percent increase. From this group of countries, only Argentina and Italy reported a decrease in this figure.
