Main motivations for buying on social media in France 2022
According to a 2022 survey, approximately 43 percent of respondents in France stated that promotional offers were the leading motivation for buying on social media. In addition, 30 percent said that the product they were interested in was not available elsewhere, while 23 percent highlighted the speed and convenience of the purchasing process. Although to a lesser extent, product endorsements by celebrities and influencers also motivated consumers to choose this online shopping channel.
