Negative C2C second-hand shopping experiences in Sweden 2022
A survey conducted in the first quarter of 2022 revealed online shoppers' negative experiences when buying used items consumer-to-consumer (C2C) in Sweden. The main issue, by almost four out of ten shoppers, was that products did not meet their expectations. Other unhappy experiences involved fraud (22 percent), problems with transport (15 percent), and adverse experiences with sellers (15 percent).
