Italy: awareness of fruit and vegetables nutritional properties 2017
This statistic illustrates the results of a survey which investigate if individuals are aware of the nutritional characteristics of the five colors of fruits and vegetables in Italy in 2017. Over the period of consideration, the majority of the respondents admitted to partially know the nutritional properties related to some of the fruits and vegetables colors (52 percent). Some ten percent of the respondents stated that they did not know about any of the nutritional properties of the fruits and vegetables colors.
