What makes a company an employer of choice?
In partnership with Bloomberg, Statista has examined the attractiveness of over 950 employers from the perspective of UK employees. Based on an independent survey, over 15,000 employee interviews have been analysed.
The report contains a detailed analysis of the drivers that influence an employer’s attractiveness, identifies the relative importance of these drivers for each employer and allows a comparison of individual companies to others in the industry.
The results of the best employers in the UK have been achieved through an independent survey of a vast sample of 15,000 UK employees working for firms and or institutions with more than 500 employees in the UK.
