Your tasks

  • Work solely with corporate customers from France and Spain to develop a success plan that outlines how Statista will be addressing their market & consumer data need both immediately and in the future
  • Develop metrics for success and review progress, based on our in-house Dashboard and Statistics
  • Guide and coach customers and Sales Managers with dedicated customer success processes
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers and other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
  • Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on Statista methodologies so they become increasingly self-sufficient ambassadors
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer dedication and loyalty
  • Craft customer onboarding assets, adapt existing customer onboarding assets and work with product marketing to refine existing and create new onboarding assets
  • Help drive customer references and case studies

Your profile

  • 3+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success or account management role with focus on retention of a client base
  • Excellent command of French (preferably French native speaker) and Spanish
  • SaaS or subscription-based product experience preferred
  • You know how to build trust and communicate effectively with decision making contacts, along with day-to-day users of the platform
  • Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities is preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to be part of a rapidly expanding business.
