Post-Soviet States Are The Least Negative Worldwide
Global Emotions
In Kyrgyztan, Uzbekistan or Taiwan, negative emotions are kept in check, Gallup recently found. Accordingly, Kyrgyzstan scored the lowest in the country-level index on negative experiences including feelings of anger, stress, sadness, physical pain and worries. However, this does not mean that these countries automatically score the highest in the index evaluating positive experiences: Latin American countries such as Paraguay or Costa Rica top the ranking here.
