Global: milk substitute consumption 2013-2026

In 2020 the worldwide market for milk substitutes generated a revenue of 18 billion U.S. dollars. Total consumption also increased to a new record high of around 6.3 billion kilograms. This was an increase of over half a billion kilograms compared to the previous year. The Statista Consumer Market Outlook further estimates that by 2026, global consumption of milk substitutes will increase to 11.7 billion kilograms.
