The majority of revenue of the global video games console market in 2021 was created offline. Only around 22.7 percent of overall revenue was created via online sales channels. However, the Statista Consumer Market Outlook estimates that the importance of the online channel will continue to grow and by 2026 over 30 percent of revenue will created this way.
