The displayed data on the cooking frequency of Millennials and Generation Z shows results of the GCS Special Food & Nutrition conducted in the United States in 2021. More than half of the young cooks in the U.S. cook a meal every day of the week, with 22-29 percent cooking several times per day. Overall, Millennials cook more often than the younger Generation Z.
