U.S.: top e-commerce delivery criteria 2023

When asked about the most important criteria in terms of e-commerce delivery, approximately 70 percent of online shoppers in the United States cited free shipping, followed by fast shipping (60 percent). In contrast, carbon-neutral shipping made it last on the list of most important criteria, at only nine percent.
