Online retailers and service providers find themselves between two fires, as their checkout process should be seamless and easy to prevent cart abandonment, but also the amount of the payment options is increasing. Another important factor is the growing impact of mobile devices not only for POS shopping but also for mobile checkout, as well as the integration of P2P payments into messengers and social networks. Especially in mobile-first countries, high convenience and usability on mobile devices is a must.
