Types of access to the account

Statista offers you the possibility of choosing between different types of access. In order to make your work easier and to find an uncomplicated and customized solution for you, we have listed the different possible types of access below. Simply select the best solution for you and we will take care of the next steps.

Overview and explanation of the types of access:

 

  • Activation via login/password – the traditional login option. Use your e-mail address and an individually selected password to access Statista.
  • Activation via IP – You would like to have access to Statista for your entire company or for a particular department? Simply provide us with the relevant IP addresses so that we can grant the respective access authorization.
  • Activation via Shibboleth/VPN (e.g. campus licenses, home office or external access) – easy access regardless of location. Note: This type of access needs to be set up by your IT staff after you have provided us with the respective IP address.
  • Activation via domain – Provide us with the e-mail address of your choice (e.g. xxx@statista.de) and set up a new Basic Plus Account. Every user registering with an e-mail address that has the same domain name will automatically get access to the product selected by you. (*only on request)
