Netflix: global gender distribution of employees 2019-2020

In the second quarter of 2020, Netflix reportedly had an equal share of male and female employees working for the company worldwide, whereas in Q3 2019 52 percent of employees were men and 48 percent were women. The largest disparity in gender representation in the company is in tech, where 65 percent of employees were male as of Q2 2020, though there was a higher share of women than men in the company's Creative & Corporate segment.
